Refund Policy

Native PDF conversion is free. Paid credits are one-time and the pages never expire. Subscriptions refill a monthly page allotment and can be cancelled anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep any pages already granted. Prepaid passes are one-time and do not auto-renew.

We never bill a failed conversion — if a conversion errors, the reserved pages are returned to your balance automatically.

If you were charged in error or a purchase did not deliver pages, contact support via our homepage and we will make it right.
